Payments, changes and cancellations

A summary of the current rental agreement. The host will confirm the initial payment amount and due date, remaining payments and any special conditions before you sign or pay. Sending this request does not sign a contract or collect payment.

The initial booking payment is non-refundable. Its amount is specified in your contract.
Stays of 14 days or fewer: up to 14 days before check-in, you may change dates subject to availability without penalty, or cancel for a refund of payments other than the initial payment.
Stays of 15 days or more: that deadline is 30 days before check-in. The initial payment remains non-refundable.
After check-in, changes require mutual agreement. A refund for unused days may depend on the host being able to rebook those dates.
No separate damage security deposit is required. Guests remain responsible for damage they cause.

If you need to cancel outside those deadlines, discuss the conditions with the host before booking. Your individual contract records the agreed terms.
